Refund Policy

We have guidelines we must follow with our refund policy terms.

Payment must be deposited into any of our accounts before we initiate a testing procedure.

We have a timeframe on all test for completion time.Now on most test we ask for a minimun of 5 to 10 days.Sometimes it is  beyond our control, when we encounter problems with servers or other type of entity when submitting our results to providers.

We reserve the right to ask for a maximun of 20 days(4 weeks not counting weekends)In case we fail to complete test at the specified timeframe we will at that time refund all moneys back into your account.

If we come to a new agreement then we will hold funds until we can provide such service to you and fullfilling our side of the bargain.In each case we will make sure you are satisfied either way by returning your funds or providing other certifications that suite you.

1.Full payment will be refunded only if no test have been taken.Refund will be sent without the processing fee that was charged upon the first transaction.

2.Partial payment will be refunded,only if test have been taken.In the evEnt you decide to withdrawl from testing we will charge any test that have been executed and submitted to VUE/PROMETRIC.
